4. Coaching and Training Disclaimer

LifeMap Solutions does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Success depends on the client’s commitment, participation, readiness for change, and application of strategies discussed.

Our services:

5. Client Responsibilities

By engaging LifeMap Solutions, you agree to:

• Participate actively and honestly in sessions
• Take responsibility for your own growth and decisions
• Respect facilitators, coaches, and other participants
• Maintain confidentiality in group or corporate settings
• Use provided materials for personal or internal organizational use only

Disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

6. Bookings, Payments, and Fees

All fees for services, programs, memberships, or workshops must be paid in full or according to agreed payment plans before services are delivered.

• Prices are listed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless stated otherwise
• Payments are non-transferable
• Late or missed payments may result in service suspension

LifeMap Solutions reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Individual Coaching:

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

Workshops & Programs:

• Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• No refunds for missed sessions or partial attendance

Corporate Services:

• Cancellation terms are outlined in written agreements or proposals

LifeMap Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided.

8. Memberships & Digital Products

Memberships and digital products grant limited, non-exclusive access for personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

• Share login credentials
• Reproduce, resell, or distribute materials
• Record sessions without written consent

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by LifeMap Solutions — including materials, frameworks, worksheets, videos, branding, and methodologies — remains the intellectual property of LifeMap Solutions.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

LifeMap Solutions respects client confidentiality. Information shared during coaching or training will not be disclosed except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm.

In group or corporate settings, confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed, and clients are encouraged to share responsibly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeMap Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury
• Business interruptions or loss of profits
• Emotional or psychological outcomes related to coaching

Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.

12. Termination of Services

LifeMap Solutions reserves the right to terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not made
• Behavior is unethical, abusive, or disruptive

Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.
